Who is the partner track built for?
Companies that interact with multiple teams who could benefit from Velanir — consultancies, agencies, fractional operators, software vendors, and similar partners. If you only expect to make occasional one-off introductions, our standard referral program is probably a better fit.
How are partner terms set?
Terms depend on the volume and quality of referrals and how involved your team is in helping referred customers get value from Velanir. We finalize the structure together when we put the agreement in place.
When and how are partner benefits handled?
At the end of each quarter, we review referred-customer status and handle the partner benefit defined in the agreement. We'll send a statement so attribution and status stay transparent.
What does the team I refer get?
They get a warm introduction, a focused workflow-scoping conversation, and a clear recommendation on whether Velanir is a fit for their operations.
How do we track which customers came from us?
We agree on attribution up front in the partner agreement — usually a simple email intro is enough. We'll confirm each new referral with you in writing so there's never a question about who brought a customer to Velanir.
